Happy Birthday Victoria Beckham

Posh spice has turned 40! Is there a stranger thing to hear this month? Since springing into the spotlight in 1994 as one of the five members of the Spice Girls, Miss VB has pretty much turned into superwoman. Victoria married one of the most eligible men in football, had 4 beautiful children and has launched on of the most iconic luxury fashion brands today. So to celebrate her graceful 40 years of age we have picked out our favourite VB looks through out the years.

It would be rude not to include of her finest fashion moments from the 90’s as a spice girl. And we think this flowery purple dress is the perfect example of a definite fashion FAUX PAS. But i guess in the 90’s anything went…

We felt rather drawn to this simple and elegant white gown Victoria wore to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in 2007. Mostly likely down to the fact that elegance and simplicity are continuously portrayed in our designs.

Pretty in pink (lusting over the Hermes), we love the pink with the blonde hair! C’est tres chic! You can get the look with our large fuchsia pink clutch bag…you know you want one!

You can never go wrong with an all black ensemble especially when it is teamed with a subtle hint of animal print. Maybe we love it so much because it reminds us of our stunning new ‘Exotic Cruise’ collection.

Theres something about this bright and beautiful sleeveless cardigan that oozes chicness! Match it up with our canary yellow clutch bag.

Finally, there are no words to describe how incredibly beautiful this dress is. The way is falls and flows onto the floor it’s simply captivating.

Floating Away

As our Spring/Summer ’14 collection, “Exotic Cruise” is too be soon available to buy exclusively from our website, Innu London decided to write a blog on some of the world’s finest floating hotels…obviously so you can proudly wear your Innu pieces in style.

If London didn’t already have enough luxury hotels, they’ve only gone and made another one. But this time they have out done themselves. The Sunborn super yacht  was docked at the Royal Victoria Docks where the hotel will be staying.
The deluxe hotel is a gigantic 120m long fully equipped with a restaurant, bar, auditorium, conference rooms, gyms and vast terrace space. Not to mention the private terraces…most likely at a small fortune. The grand opening takes place on the 27th April.

The next on the list is the River Kwai Jungle Rafts in Thailand. The houseboat…or floatel offers a little piece of heaven in the heart of the jungle. There are beautiful waterfalls to bathe in, wild orchids to view on jungle jaunts and deep and fabled caves to visit. Although, if your not really the outdoorsy type, your probably best staying in London as the floatel has no electricity and the rooms are lit by lanterns…

Our final…and possibly most favourite floating hotel goes to the Ark hotel designed by the fabulous Russians. It was originally designed to face global warming as the shell shape would withstand tidal waves and other natural disasters. Additionally, daylight is filtered through internal rooms to reduce the need for lighting…very environmentally friendly we must say. The hotel is filled with plenty of greenery so you won’t feel claustrophobic. Get me on a plane immediately!!

If you can’t wait until our collection comes out you can see all the pictures of the pieces here!!

Until next time.
