Mondrian Hotel London

London is about to open up yet another hotel in none other than the Sea Container House on the South Bank. Sandwiched between the Oxo Tower and the Blackfriars Bridge, The Mondrian London is to open is doors on the 30^th September with a nautical inspired elegance.

Tom Dixon, the design director has taken inspiration from the transatlantic 1920’s (which let’s face it…we all adore) to the quirky 1980’s to create this unique addition to the now global hotel chain.

The hotel boasts a luxury cruise interior, mesmerizing sea views, a tranquil spa and fitness area, private screening room and bars and restaurants that are to become destinations of their own. With a talented team of chefs and cocktail staff run by New York culinary expert Seamus Mullen and cocktail fanatic Ryan Chetiyawardana, the Mondrian boutique hotel brings a taste of America to London town.

 The most exciting thing is the rooftop bar with panoramic views…new hotspot for the Innu London team alert!! Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the weather keeps up a little longer so we can enjoy it before winter kicks in.

It is also perfectly located on in walking distance of the Tate Modern, Borough market and the Southbank Centre for all of you visiting from outside London. 

Think I’ll have to wear something from our winter collection… best if you take a look too!

A Summertime Fairytale

What a fantastic day Saturday was!! House of iKons you absolutely outdid yourselves. A huge thank you to all the fabulously beautiful models who walked for Innu London, the very talented hair and make-up teams, all the staff and volunteers and of course the incredible Savita Kaye.

Pretty pastels, charming chiffons and soft silks, Innu London opened the entire event with the latest ‘Summertime Fairytale SS15 Collection’ with a dress completely made out of ‘Selfies’. The dress was to be up for auction with the money going towards The Princes Trust. We have spent months gathering up signed polaroids of celebrities including Douglas Booth and Jamie Whinestone. It made quite a stir coming out to everyone's guilty pleasure - But first let me take a selfie -  #SELFIE!!

The audience seemed to love the collection (Thank goodness). How they effortlessly flowed down the catwalk accessorised with stunning diamonds from Mozafarian Jewellers, it is hardly surprising as you can see for yourselves...

Happy London Fashion Week

With only 2 days to go, the Innu London team are frantically working every hour under the sun preparing for the most anticipated fashion frenzied event of the year, London Fashion Week.

As I’m sure you are well aware by now, we are opening the grand show for the House of iKons show in aid of The Princes Trust at the London Hilton Paddington at 3.30pm on Saturday, a charity very close to our hearts.

The Princes Trust helps struggling 13-30 year-olds who are unemployed or have problems at school. Many individuals the trust helps are homeless, have mental health issues or are in trouble with the law. It is heart-breaking to see young people with so much potential struggling their way through life and we could not be more honoured to be making a difference.

To show our dedication, Innu London have a cheeky surprise up their sleeve in order to raise some well deserved cash for this incredible cause. But unfortunately that is all I am allowed to say, so you will just have to come along and see for yourself…SHAME!

We are delighted to introduce the ‘Summer Fairytale S/S15 Collection’ to you adoring Innu fans. The collection boasts beautiful yellows, corals, turquoise and greens with hint of graceful grey here and there all handcrafted by the extremely talented Kimberley Melville-Smith in flowing chiffons and sensual silks. Not to mention the added touch of bling from our collaborators, Mozafarian Jewellers. The family run jewellery designers have allowed us to accessorise the evening dresses in the show with the most opulent diamond pieces. It is truly going to be an extraordinary lavish affair.

We are also delighted to announce that our very close friends from Seen in the City will be attending as well Andreea Pancuic, the brains behind the fabulous, Dreaming of Chanel.

If we’ve managed to get you as excited as we are and you STILL haven’t bought a ticket, you better purchase one IMMEDIATELY before it’s too late. We cannot wait to see you all on Saturday at 3.00 for some pre fashion show champagne and canapés. Make sure you book the afternoon show or you'll miss the Grand Opening.
